Cooking
I'm a single guy who works too much and doesn't have a lot of time to eat. Unfortunately, I eat fast food, and when I do eat at home it's usually canned chili or spaghetti.
However, I have been watching various cooking shows (Top Chef on Bravo is my favorite), and there have been a couple of movies about cooking (Ratatouille is probably one of the best films of the year, and No Reservations, which I haven't seen, but stars Catherine Zeta-Jones who is muy caliente hot). You can only watch so much of this stuff before you want to start doing it yourself.
Let me tell you something: it's harder than it seems to cook.
I add the spices, and I try to savor the smell; but my cooking still tastes like left-over cardboard.
I guess that no matter how much oregano you put into Ragu, it's still going to be Ragu.
